While the seasoned business man or woman will know the advantages of networking, those newer to the game will not always know what they should be doing or how they should be doing it. When you are thinking about spending your hard earned cash on a networking event, you need to think about some important questions.

A good business networking event is a cost efficient way of increasing the potential number of customers. A bad one wastes your time and money.

Will it increase your sales funnel?

The only reason you should be networking is to increase the amount of sales you have coming into your business. If your sales do not increase then it's a social occasion not a networking event, go out with your friends instead.
